DoMind Privacy Policy
DoMind ("the App", "we", "us") is built to keep your personal information private. We do not collect, store, track, or share your data. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you use DoMind.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect or store any of the following:
- No account registration or authentication data
- No personal information
- No device identifiers
- No location data
- No analytics or usage data
- No advertising identifiers
- No tracking of behavior, actions, or preferences
We simply do not have servers that store your data.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
All your dataincluding notes, to-dos, events, moments, and other entriesremains locally on your device. We do not have access to it.
If you delete the app, your locally stored data may also be deleted unless you create a backup.
3. Backups (Google Drive / iCloud)
DoMind allows you to manually back up your data to Google Drive (Android) or iCloud (iOS).
Important notes:
- Backups are user-initiated. We never upload anything automatically.
- You can delete your backups anytime from within the App.
- Backup files are stored under your own Google/Apple account, not ours.
- We do not access or view your cloud storage content.
- Cross-device sync is not available. However, you may restore a backup manually on another device.
- Backup files are stored as ZIP archives and can only be restored through the DoMind app. They will not appear as individual files in your cloud storage.
- Cloud storage quota is consumed by your backups, though the files are not visible in your cloud storage.
4. Image Storage & Compression
Images you upload in DoMind:
- Are stored in the app's local directory on your device only
- Will be included in backups if you choose to create them
- Are automatically compressed to maintain app stability and performance
- Compression may impact image quality to some extent
- Compressed images are backed up as part of your backup file
- Backup files can only be restored through DoMind; images won't appear directly in your cloud storage
5. Offline Functionality
DoMind works fully offline. Internet is required only when:
- Uploading a backup
- Downloading (restoring) a backup
If using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, your carrier may apply charges. We are not responsible for any network or data usage fees.
6. Battery Optimization Android
On Android, to ensure background functionality such as notifications, DoMind may request the user to disable battery optimization for the app. This setting is optional but recommended. DoMind does not use this permission to collect any data.
7. In-App Purchases
DoMind offers a monthly subscription:

Purchases are processed securely by Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not store or process any payment information.
8. Children's Privacy
DoMind is not intended for children under the age required by local law for apps without parental consent. However, since we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Third-Party Services
The only third-party services involved are:
- Google Drive (if the user chooses to back up data) / iCloud (if the user chooses to back up data)
- Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchases
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share data with them; they only store the files you upload manually.
10. Security
Since DoMind does not store user data on external servers, your privacy relies on:
- The security of your device
- The security of your Google Drive / iCloud account
- Your usage of the backup & restore functionality
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when required. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated version.
